Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  Chocolate squares 2 Ounce, chopped (Bittersweet / Semisweet, 2 Squares)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  2% milk 1 Quart
  Cinnamon sticks 2 (3 Inches Long)
  Miniature marshmallows 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. In a large saucepan, stir the chocolate, sugar, and water over low heat until the chocolate melts. Stir in the milk and cinnamon sticks, increase the heat to moderate, and bring just to a simmer, stirring constantly. Do not let boil.
2. Remove from the heat, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes, then remove the cinnamon sticks. Pour into mugs and garnish with the marshmallows if you wish.
