Royal Pots De Crème

Ingredients
  Cooking chocolate 2 Ounce
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Light cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Break chocolate into chunks.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate, sugar and cream.
Stir constantly until smooth.
Gradually pour over beaten egg yolks, beating constantly.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into 5 or 6 pots de creme cups or custard cups.
Chill.
