Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Muffins

Ingredients
For streusel
  All-purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
For muffins
  All-purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Macadamia nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Miniature semi sweet chocolate chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 375ºF.

MAKING
2) Put paper baking cup in each of 18 regular-size muffin cups or grease the cups.
3) In small bowl add all streusel ingredients and mix with fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4) Keep aside.
5) In a large bowl add 2 cups flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix together.
6) Stir in sour cream, 1/2 cup butter, the milk, vanilla and egg.
7) Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
8) Mix macadamia nuts and chocolate chips.
9) Spoon muffin cups 3/4 full with the batter.
10) Sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons streusel.
11) Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
12) Take out immediately from muffin cups.

SERVING
13) Serve warm.
