Ingredients
  Milk 1 Quart
  Cocoa mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peppermint extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whipped cream 1 Can (10 oz) (Use Pressurized Can)
  Fresh mint sprigs 2 (Few Sprigs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In the container of an electric blender, mix cocoa mix, milk and mint extract and whirl at high speed until smooth

SERVING
2. Pour into four individual glasses, top with a swirl of whipped cream and garnifh with a sprig of mint
