Wildman Willie's Quein Sauce

Ingredients
  Hungarian hot paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Onion granules 2 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic granules 2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 2 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seeds 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Allspice 2 Dash
  Coca cola 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Flat)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Bittersweet chocolate bits 1 Ounce
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 3 Ounce (1/2 Small Can)
  Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Red wine 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Coffee 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Make a paste by combining together all the dry spices with the cola in a small bowl.
2) Bring the water to a boil in a large, heavy enamel or stainless steel pot.
3) Add the paste and whisk well.
4) Add all the remaining ingredients, continuously stirring, till the mixture starts to boil again.
5) Immediately reduce the heat and allow to gently simmer for about 15 minutes.
6) Take the pot off the heat and allow to cool.
7) Into plastic jugs, pour the sauce, cover and store in a cool and dry place.

SERVING
8) Serve or use as preferred.
