Frozen Chocolate

No wonder chocolate is reffered to as the Food of the Gods, it is indeed an irresistible wonder. This frozen chocolate is a real treat for a chocoholic like me
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chocolate 4 Ounce
  Eggs 4
  Peppermint flavor 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Crushed chocolate wafers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cream butter.
Add sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
Add chocolate; blend well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Blend in flavorings.
Spread half the crumbs in bottom of 10 x 6-inch pan or in 18 cupcake liners in muffin tins.
Spoon in chocolate mixture; top with remaining crumbs.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Garnish each serving with whipped cream and cherry.
