|Butter/Margarine||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Peppermint flavor||1 Teaspoon|
|Crushed chocolate wafers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Add sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
Add chocolate; blend well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Blend in flavorings.
Spread half the crumbs in bottom of 10 x 6-inch pan or in 18 cupcake liners in muffin tins.
Spoon in chocolate mixture; top with remaining crumbs.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Garnish each serving with whipped cream and cherry.
