Chocolate Mint Ice Cream
|Chocolate pudding mix packet||1|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Peppermint extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk.
Bring to boil; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in peppermint extract; cool.
Chill in freezer tray for 30 minutes.
Return to bowl; fold in whipped cream.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Return to bowl; beat until smooth.
Return to tray; freeze until firm.
