|Instant coffee powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brandy||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a saucepan, over low heat, cook cut-up chocolate, sugar, coffee powder, salt, and water till chocolate melts.
2) Allow the mixture to come to a boil and then allow simmering for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
3) Slowly pour in light cream and milk and again bring the mixture to a boil.
4) Mix in brandy.
5) Serve in hot cups or mugs, topped with whipped cream.
