Dairy Free Chocolate Glaze
|Cocoa powder||3 Tablespoon|
|Melted milk free margarine||3 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Confectionery sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Boiling water||3 Tablespoon|
1) In a saucepan, stir the margarine and cocoa powder together over a low heat, blend well.
2) Stir in the vanilla and sugar until the mixture is crumbly.
3) Gradually stir in the required water until the glaze acquires a pouring consistency.
4) Use to glaze a 9-inch layer cake.
