Chocolate Dubarry

Ingredients
  Cocoa powder 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Beat the cream until stiff and fold in the cocoa powder and sugar.
2. Into ramekin dishes (or pretty little ovenproof bowls) spoon and let it bake in a 400 F/200 C oven for 5-8 minutes.
