Everyday Hot Chocolate
|Raw sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cocoa powder/Carob powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a pan, add the salt, cocoa or carob powder, water, stir and cook on a low heat for 5 min.
2) Add the milk and simmer gently on a low heat or in a double boiler, avoid boiling; add vanilla and blend with an egg beater.
3) Serve hot in a mug.
