Chocolate Raspberry Islands
|Granulated sugar||250 Milliliter|
|Semi sweet chocolate||60 Gram, melted|
|Orange brandy sauce||500 Milliliter|
1. Take a bowl and add egg whites into it and whip them stiffly. Add sugar in very gradual pace nad continue whipping.
2. Add chocolate and raspberry preserves and place tbsp full of into simmering water and cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Serve after floating it on a serving plate with lots of Orange Brandy sauce floating over it.
