|Vanilla essence||1 Teaspoon|
|Cocoa||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Boil milk and sugar.
Mix cocoa and cornflour together with a small quantity of cold milk and add to boiling milk, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
Add vanilla essence.
Set in small oval moulds, and when set, unmould onto a flat platter.
Decorate with blanched almonds.
