Holiday Chocolate Clusters

Ingredients
  Semisweet chocolate 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Semisweet chocolate 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Raisins/Salted peanuts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Red cinnamon candies 12
  Angelica 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In top of double boiler, combine chocolate pieces, com syrup and 1 tablespoon water. Over hot, not boiling, water, melt chocolate.
2. Remove from heat; add raisins and/ or nuts; mix well.
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. Top each with 3 red candies and 3 angelica slivers, to make a flower.
4. Refrigerate to harden chocolate slightly—1 hour.
