Holiday Chocolate Clusters
|Semisweet chocolate||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Semisweet chocolate||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Raisins/Salted peanuts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Red cinnamon candies||12|
1. In top of double boiler, combine chocolate pieces, com syrup and 1 tablespoon water. Over hot, not boiling, water, melt chocolate.
2. Remove from heat; add raisins and/ or nuts; mix well.
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. Top each with 3 red candies and 3 angelica slivers, to make a flower.
4. Refrigerate to harden chocolate slightly—1 hour.
