White Chocolate Macadamia Bark
|Macadamia nuts||3 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Angel flake coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|White chocolate chips||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Heat dry skillet over medium heat.
Toast nuts until golden brown.
Toast coconut in same dry skillet until golden.
Melt chocolate in microwave.
Add nuts; stir to mix.
Spread onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
Sprinkle coconut on top and press onto candy with hand.
Refrigerate 30 minutes to set.
Break or cut into squares to serve.
