Frosted Chocolate Chip Bars

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1 Pound (2 1/2 Cups)
  Eggs 3
  Shortening 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), melted
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salted nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chocolate chips 6 Cup (96 tbs) (1 Package)
Directions

Cream sugar and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
Add melted shortening, then sifted dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Add nuts and chocolate chips.
Batter will be thick.
Grease a 10x15-1/2x3/4 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Cut when cool.
