|Molasses||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream/Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate||1⁄4 Pound|
1)In a kettle, add in brown sugar, molasses, milk, chocolate and butter. Boil without stirring till it turns crisp when tested in cold water.
2)Put in 1 teaspoon vanilla and remove from heat. Turn out the chocolate caramels into greased tins.
3)When completely cold, break into pieces and serve.
