Chips N Chocolate Cheesecake
|Crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Margarine/Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Cream cheese||24 Ounce, softened (3 Packages Of 8 Ounce Each)|
|Milk||14 Ounce (1 Can, Not Evaporated Milk)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Mini chocolate chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 300°.
Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan or 13x9-inch baking pan.
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
In small bowl, toss together 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture.
Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle remaining chips evenly over top.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until set.
Garnish as desired.
