White Chocolate Frosted Cake
|7 inch madeira cake||1 (Brought / Homemade)|
1. Cut the cake in half horizontally. Sandwich it together with a little of the ganache and place it on the plate.
2. Use a palette knife to spread the remaining ganache over the top and sides of the cake, and finish by swirling it in vertical strokes around the sides.
3. Cut the stems of the flowers down to about 5 cm (2 inches). Alternatively, twist the stems up under each flower so they can be re-shaped and used again. Arrange the flowers over the top of the cake.
