Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookies
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Semisweet chocolate pieces||6 Ounce|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
In medium bowl, beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
Stir in chips and nuts.
Cover dough with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut several pieces of wax paper to fit glass oven tray.
Line glass tray with one, piece of wax paper.
Shape one tablespoon fo dough, into ball.
Place eight balls one-inch apart on wax paper.
Refrigerate, covered, remaining dough.
Heat approximately 2 minutes.
Remove glass tray from oven.
Remove wax paper.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Repeat procedure with remaining dough.
