Chocolate Nut Pillows

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate pieces 6 Ounce (1 Package Or 1 Cup)
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sifted powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Sweetened wheat biscuits 3 Cup (48 tbs), shredded
  Finely chopped peanuts/Flaked coconut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

In medium glass bowl place the chocolate and shortening.
Micro-cook, uncovered, till melted, about 2 1/2 minutes; stir after each minute.
Stir in peanut butter and sugar till smooth.
Halve wheat biscuits crosswise.
Using fork, dip biscuits in chocolate mixture; lift and draw off excess against rim of bowl.
Roll in nuts or coconut.
Dry on waxed paper.
