Hot Cinnamon Chocolate

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate 12 Ounce, grated
  Milk 7 1⁄2 Cup (120 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place the chocolate, milk, sugar and vanilla extract in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring all the time, until the chocolate has melted.
Do not allow to boil.
Beat the mixture until bubbles form, then pour into mugs.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot.
