Chocolate Raspberry Cream
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sweet cooking chocolate||4 Ounce, grated finely (1 Package)|
|Fresh raspberries/2 packages (10 ounces each) thoroughly drained thawed frozen raspberries||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Omit If Frozen Berries Are Used)|
Whip cream with vanilla.
Add chocolate and blend thoroughly.
Reserve a few raspberries for garnish.
Sprinkle sugar on remaining berries and fold into cream.
Spoon into individual serving dishes or large glass serving bowl.
Before serving, decorate with reserved berries.
