Chocolate Raspberry Cream

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sweet cooking chocolate 4 Ounce, grated finely (1 Package)
  Fresh raspberries/2 packages (10 ounces each) thoroughly drained thawed frozen raspberries 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Omit If Frozen Berries Are Used)
Directions

Whip cream with vanilla.
Add chocolate and blend thoroughly.
Reserve a few raspberries for garnish.
Sprinkle sugar on remaining berries and fold into cream.
Spoon into individual serving dishes or large glass serving bowl.
Chill thoroughly.
Before serving, decorate with reserved berries.
