Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter stick 2 , cut into chunks
Directions

1. In a large bowl, stir together all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Cut butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender or 2 knives until very fine crumbs form.
3. Store cookie mix in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 months until ready to use.
