Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
|Butter||4 Ounce, softened (1 Stick)|
|Firmly packed dark brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Granola||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Semisweet chocolate chips||6 Ounce (1 Cup)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square pan. In a medium bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and honey with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla.
2. Add flour mixed with baking soda and salt and beat until blended. Stir in granola and chocolate chips. Press into prepared pan.
3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until edges brown. Remove part to a rack and let cool completely before cutting into 24 bars.
