Chocolate Marshmallow Balls
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 Ounce (2 Squares)|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Marshmallows||14 , halved|
|Finely chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt chocolate in double boiler, then stir in milk and sugar.
Cook 10 min., stirring constantly, or until mixture thickens.
Drop marshmallow halves in chocolate mixture, one at a time, and coat thoroughly.
Remove with a fork and roll lightly in nuts.
Place on waxed paper to harden.
