|Water||3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)|
|Low fat plain yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chocolate syrup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
In 2-quart casserole, blend dry milk and water with whisk.
Stir in vanilla.
Microwave at High for 8 to 14 minutes, or until temperature registers 190°F, stirring after half the time.
Cool to 115°F.
Blend in plain yogurt and chocolate syrup.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert microwave thermometer through center of plastic wrap.
Allow mixture to stand in microwave oven undisturbed for 2 to 4 hours.
Check temperature after every 30 minutes.
If temperature falls below 110°F, microwave at 30% (Medium Low) for 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or until temperature registers 115°F.
Mixture will appear set.
Chill for several hours.
Stir before serving.
