Chocolate Chip Cookies
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), packed|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chocolate chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix butter, sugar, egg, soda, vanilla and salt until light and fluffy.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop 5 to 8 rounded measuring teaspoonfuls in large ring on wax paper on microwave-proof baking sheet, large dinner plate, pie plate or paper plate.
Drop 1 or 2 in center.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 1 to 4 minutes, or just until dry on surface, rotating 1/4 turn after 1 minute, then every 30 seconds. (If necessary, rotate after first 30 seconds.)
Remove cookies as they appear done.
Remove wax paper with cookies on it to countertop; cool.
