Chocolate Crumble

Ingredients
  Dark chocolate chips 15 Gram (1/2 oz)
  Plain flour 70 Gram (2 1/2 oz)
  Cocoa powder 1 Tablespoon (unsweetened)
  Butter 50 Gram (2 oz unsalted)
  Soft brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cinnamon 1 Pinch, ground
Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), gas mark 4.
Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and rub lightly with your fingertips until you have a coarse, crumbly mixture.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Spread the crumble evenly on a baking sheet lined with nonstick baking parchment.
Cook in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
