|Cocoa powder||1 Tablespoon (unsweetened)|
|Butter||50 Gram (2 oz unsalted)|
|Soft brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Cinnamon||1 Pinch, ground|
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), gas mark 4.
Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and rub lightly with your fingertips until you have a coarse, crumbly mixture.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Spread the crumble evenly on a baking sheet lined with nonstick baking parchment.
Cook in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
