Creamy Hot Chocolate
|Milk||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Unsweetened baking chocolate||6 Ounce, shaved|
|Sweetened whipped cream||3 Tablespoon|
Combine milk, chocolate, and sugar; cook over hot water until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
Beat with a wire whip or rotary beater until frothy.
Pour into cups and top each with a spoonful of whipped cream.
