|White chocolate||1 Ounce, finely grated|
Prepare, cool, and chill Mint Syrup.
To serve, divide raspberries between 2 dessert dishes or goblets; drizzle each serving with half the Mint Syrup.
Sprinkle evenly with chocolate.
