Spicy Chocolate Crackles
|Food cake mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package Devil'S)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 Large, lightly beaten|
|Ground ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until smooth.
Stir in mini-morsels.
Shape dough into 1" balls; roll in sugar to coat.
Place balls 2" apart on lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake at 375° for 9 minutes.
Cool 2 to 3 minutes on baking sheets.
Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
