Chocolate Cherry Jubilation
|Canned prepared cherry fruit filling||21 Ounce|
|Creme de cacao||3 Tablespoon|
|Brandy||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chocolate ice cream||1 Pint (2 Cups)|
|Cocoa cake/Dark chocolate cake/deluxe fudge brownies||15 Ounce (8 Servings One Step)|
In medium saucepan or chafing dish, combine fruit filling and creme de cacao.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until hot and bubbly.
Just before serving, heat brandy in small saucepan or ladle just until moisture rises and small bubbles begin to form; ignite and quickly pour over cherries.
Serve flaming over ice cream and cake.
