Chocolate Cherry Jubilation

Ingredients
  Canned prepared cherry fruit filling 21 Ounce
  Creme de cacao 3 Tablespoon
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chocolate ice cream 1 Pint (2 Cups)
  Cocoa cake/Dark chocolate cake/deluxe fudge brownies 15 Ounce (8 Servings One Step)
Directions

In medium saucepan or chafing dish, combine fruit filling and creme de cacao.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until hot and bubbly.
Just before serving, heat brandy in small saucepan or ladle just until moisture rises and small bubbles begin to form; ignite and quickly pour over cherries.
Serve flaming over ice cream and cake.
