Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unsifted flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped peanuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate chips||6 Ounce (1 Cup)|
Cream peanut butter with butter, adding brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, egg and water.
Stir flour with salt and baking powder.
Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
Stir in peanuts and Chocolate Chips.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
To flatten cookies, crisscross with fork.
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
Cool on rack.
