Chocolate Peanut Pillows

Ingredients
  Chocolate pieces 16 Ounce (semi sweet)
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Spoon size wheat biscuits 3 Cup (48 tbs), shredded
  Wheat biscuits 3 Cup (48 tbs), spoon-size, shredded
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

Melt chocolate pieces and shortening over low heat.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and powdered sugar.
Dip cereal in chocolate mixture, coating all sides; gently shake off excess.
Roll in chopped peanuts.
Cool on rack; store in refrigerator or very cold place.
