Pots De CrÃ¨me
|Semisweet chocolate chips||6 Ounce (1 package)|
|Light cream||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten until thick with a dash of salt|
In a heavy dry saucepan, over very low heat, stir chocolate until nearly melted.
Stir in light cream and stir until smooth.
Gradually stir egg yolks into chocolate mixture.
Spoon into pots de creme cups or small glasses, filling two-thirds full.
Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
