Death By Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 6 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 3⁄4 Sticks
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cocoa 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Sticks
  Mix chocolate 1
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl combine the ingredients to form the flour mix.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter first then add the rest of the ingredients to make the chocolate mix.
3. Allow mixture to boil for 30 seconds then turn off heat.
4. Pour over flour mixture and stir lightly to cool.
5. In another bowl, mix the ingredients to form the buttermilk and egg mixture
6. Stir this mixture cake batter.
7. Pour into sheet cake pan and bake at 350-degrees for 20 minutes.

FINALIZING
To make the icing:
8. Chop the pecans finely.
9. Melt 1 3/4 sticks butter in a saucepan.
10. Add 4 heaping tablespoons cocoa, stir to combine, then turn off heat.
11. Add 6 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 3 cup powdered sugar and stir together.
12. Add pecans, stir together and pour over warm cake when it first comes out of the oven.
13. Cut into squares.

SERVING
14. Serve warm, at room temperature or cold with coffee, tea or milk! Heaven!
