Chocolate Chip Cookies With Caster Sugar
|Butter||3 Ounce (75 Gram)|
|Castor sugar||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Self-raising flour||4 Ounce, sifted (125 Gram)|
|Plain chocolate/Chocolate dots||2 Ounce, cut into very small pieces (50 Gram)|
Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
Fold in the flour, then the chocolate pieces.
Roll the dough into small balls and put them, well spaced apart, on well-greased baking sheets.
Flatten the balls slightly.
Put into the oven preheated to moderate (180°C/350°F or Gas Mark 4) and bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and firm to touch.
