Chocolate Chip Cookies With Caster Sugar

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Ounce (75 Gram)
  Castor sugar 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Self-raising flour 4 Ounce, sifted (125 Gram)
  Plain chocolate/Chocolate dots 2 Ounce, cut into very small pieces (50 Gram)
Directions

Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
Fold in the flour, then the chocolate pieces.
Roll the dough into small balls and put them, well spaced apart, on well-greased baking sheets.
Flatten the balls slightly.
Put into the oven preheated to moderate (180°C/350°F or Gas Mark 4) and bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and firm to touch.
