Chocolate Mint Pie

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate squares 3 Ounce (3 Squares, 1 Ounce Each)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioners' sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Peppermint extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  9 inch graham cracker crust 1
Directions

Melt chocolate; cool slightly.
Cream butter with sugar; add eggs, vanilla, and extract.
Add melted chocolate, beating well.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Beaton highfor 2 minutes until very light and fluffy.
Spread on a graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate and top with whipped cream.
