Chocolate Coconut Delight
|Condensed milk||400 Gram (1 Tin)|
|Coconut/Grated dry coconut, 2 cups||3 , grated|
|Coarsely chopped cashews||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Glazed cherries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)|
|Coarsely chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
|Cocoa||3 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
|Vanilla||2 Drop (For Garnish)|
|Walnut halves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)|
Combine condensed milk, coconut, nuts and butter in a pan and place it over medium fire.
Stir till the mixture forms a big lump.
Remove from fire.
Add cocoa and essence.
With slightly greased hands make 24 balls of the coconut mixture.
Place each ball in a paper case (for cup cakes).
Garnish with nuts and cherries.
