1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4 Cup Sugar + 3 Packets Sweet 'N Low)
Evaporated skim milk
12 Ounce (1 Can)
1 , beaten
2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Hershey's)
Plain non-fat yogurt
1 Cup (16 tbs), stirred
In a medium saucepan, combine cornstarch and sugar.
Stir in milk and Egg Beater.
Cook and stir over low heat for 6-8 minutes or until mixture coats a metal spoon.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate syrup and cool.
Stir in vanilla and yogurt.
Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
