Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies
|Brown sugar/1/2 cup brown sugar + 2 teaspoon sweet 'n low||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar/1/4 cup sugar + 3 packets sweet 'n low||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low fat margarine/1/2 cup promise ultra fat-free margarine and 1/2 cup country morning blend "light" low-fat margarine with 6 fat grams a tablespoon||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Smart Beat Margarine With 2.5 Grams Fat Per Tablespoon)|
|Self rising flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Mini chocolate chips/New mini fun chips, mayberrys||3 Tablespoon|
Cream together sugars, margarine, Egg Beaters, and vanilla.
Add flour and mix until thoroughly blended.
Chill dough for 30-40 minutes.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a low-fat cooking spray.
Press 5 or 6 mini chips into each dough ball.
Bake at 375°F.for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
