Ingredients
  Icing sugar 2 Ounce
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Golden syrup 3 Teaspoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in saucepan, stir over gentle heat until butter is melted and ingredients well mixed.
Pour over biscuit layer while both are still warm.
Cut into squares or fingers when cold.
