|Orange zest||10 Gram|
|Whipped cream||1200 Gram|
|White chocolate||900 Gram|
|Rasberry puree||200 Gram|
boil orange zest wth water and strain water out to remove bitterness. boil rasberry puree and add geletin let it melt.
cream eggs and sugar till smooth.add orange zest. add puree and melted white chocolate saperately and mix both the mixtures saperately and at last fold whipped cream.
mould in shape u like and garnish it your way.serve cold.
