|Semi-sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sifted confectioners sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla flavoring||1 Teaspoon|
|Bran flakes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Finely chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Additional Required)|
1. Melt chocolate morsels with milk over hot, but not boiling, water or in medium saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until blended. Remove from heat; stir in the 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Add Bran Flakes and nuts; mix well.
2. Drop by tablespoons into additional sugar. Roll into logs, about 1 3/4 x 1/2-inches.
3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
