Chocolate and Nuts Cookies

Ingredients
  Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Baking butter 2 Tablespoon (no salt butter)
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Self raising flour/Maida 8 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 Medium
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Mixed nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (cashew, almonds, peanuts, etc)
  Chocolate chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix peanut butter, baking butter and sugar using an electric beater. Beat it into a smooth paste.
Add 1 beated egg to the above paste and beat it for another 5 minutes.
Mix the baking powder and salt to the flour. Add the flour to the sugar and butter paste.
Fold it into a smooth dough. It will be a bit soft.
Mix nuts and chocolate chips.
Make 18-20 round balls out of the dough.
Refrigrate it for half an hour. Press the balls with fork to make a square design.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes
