Ingredients
  Butter 500 Gram
  Dark chocolate 500 Gram, chopped
  Sugar 375 Gram
  Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
  Hot water 750 Gram
  Flour 375 Gram
  Cocoa powder 80 Gram
  Baking soda 15 Gram
  Eggs 200 Gram
  Dark rum 40 Gram
Directions

• Boil the water and pour it over the couverture and mix well.
• Add the butter and sugar and whisk until the ingredients are dissolved.
• Sieve the dry ingredients and stir into the chocolate mix.
• Add Egg slowly. Last Add whiskey
• Do not aerate this batter at all.
• Fill 3/4th in deep tray.
• Bake at 160 Degrees for one hour.

hi...i think its a good recipe but i dint understand if you said to double boil te chocolate or add water to the chocolate...i think if i add water to the chocolate it will seize...could you pls clarify...thanx

i meant to add the water to chocolate and not to cook it twice. sorry it was my fault in writung. and thanks for noticing it.
