Chocolate Delight Pudding
|Chocolate pudding||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweet biscuits||200 Gram|
|Raspberry jelly/Strawberry jelly||1⁄2|
Dissolve jelly in hot water according to the direction on the packet.
Pour jelly mixture into a two inch deep glass dish or bowl and leave to set in the refrigerator.
Coarsely crush biscuits with a rolling pin.
Prepare chocolate pudding mixture.
When jelly is set, sprinkle biscuits on it.
Pour chocolate mixture on biscuits and leave to set in the refrigerator.
When set, decorate with whipped cream.
