Chocolate Fruit Squares
|Crushed cornflakes||2 Ounce|
|Plain chocolate||3 Ounce|
|Chopped walnuts||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Sherry/Fruit juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Crushed sweet biscuit crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Condensed milk||4 Tablespoon|
Place all ingredients except chocolate into mixing bowl; mix well together.
Press mixture into lightly greased 7 in. square tin, smooth the surface.
Melt chocolate over hot water, spread evenly over surface of mixture; mark with fork.
Refrigerate; when set and firm, cut into small bars or squares.
