Holiday Rum Balls

Ingredients
  Vanilla wafers 1⁄2 Pound
  Finely chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Semisweet chocolate morsels 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cocoa 2 Tablespoon
  Light corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rum 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Crush vanilla wafers; add finely chopped pecans.
Grind chocolate morsels and set aside.
Add cocoa, corn syrup, and rum; mix well: coat hands with powdered sugar and shape into balls the size of a quarter.
Roll in ground chocolate; spread on cookie sheets to dry for 1 hour.
Roll in powdered sugar
